Should guide dogs be allowed on the subway?

Guide dogs are not "pets," they are highly trained service animals. In the US, the Americans with Disabilities Act permits people who are blind to be accompanied by their guide dogs everywhere that their owners can: stores, restaurants, office buildings, taxis, buses and all areas of public accommodation.
