Bodybuilding in Afghanistan

An increasing number of young Afghans now like to do bodybuilding and Hollywood movie stars such as Arnold Schwarzenegger becomes their role model. Most Afghans say they are tired of guns and fighting but like the physical and mental strength of bodybuilding. However, the problem is being unable to take enough calories and intake of proper amount of protein. Most Afghans cannot afford the food with high protein and try to replace the nutrients with inexpensive food such as eggs.
