The year 2009 witnessed dramatic progress by China's Administration for Industry and Commerce (AIC) in dealing with the international financial crisis and serving China's stable and rapid economic growth.
China is set to share its experience in trademark developments with other countries, said Fu Shuangjian, deputy director of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce on Monday.
With the continuing onset of globalization, the logo has become the “international business card” of today’s world. “No matter which country you are from and what nationality you have, you are able to find the specific goods, services and entertainment you seek in the mature and open market. From this aspect, the logo connects the world.” Mr. Fu Shuangjian, the deputy director general said in the opening ceremony of “China Trademark Achievements”.
The State Council attaches importance to intellectual property rights, and stresses the need to implement the strategy of invigorating China through science and education. On June 5, 2008, the State Council issued its “Outline of National Intellectual Property Strategy.”
