Born on February 28, 1985, Zhang Neng is a postgraduate student of Qingdao University in the computer science department. As the manager of the multi-language call center of the 2008 Olympic Sailing Regatta and the staff of Ericsson during the 2009 VOLVO International Sailing Regatta, she won honors such as a merit student at Qingdao University and a medal for her work as an Olympic volunteer.
"It is a dream that I will never give up, to introduce the sailing sports and sailing city with like-minded friends,” Zhang Neng said.
