Beijing E-town investment situation
Beijing's Economic and Technological Development Area, also known as E-town, which was founded in 1992 in the Daxing district as a national innovative and environmentally friendly zone with some Global Top 500 enterprises, is, after two decades of work, growing faster and attracting more enterprises.

E-town's convenient, efficient, modern transportation connects it with key economic areas, air and sea ports, and logistics centers across the capital.
Highways: The main traffic ways are the Beijing-Kaifeng (Henan province) Highway, Beijing-Tianjin-Tanggu (Tianjin Port) Highway, National Highway 104, and the city's 5th and 6th Ring Roads.
Aviation: Capital International Airport is 25 km away and Daxing International Airport in the southern part of E-town is under construction and expected to open in 2019.
Shipping: The port of Tianjin is 120 km away and Jingtang Port in Hebei province, 200 km.
Metro: There's an E-town light rail to subway Line 5 and the Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Railway and four more rail lines -- M12, L5, L2 an S6 – in the works.
