Beihai Industrial Park reported the park realized an industrial output value of 28.5 billion yuan in 2012, a year-on-year growth of 61.46 percent.
The Beihai Electronic Information Industry Base Construction Plan (2012-2020), which bears strategic importance to the development of the Beibu Bay Economic Zone in the Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, passed expert review on Dec 20.
There have been some real achievements over last three years in the Beibu Bay Economic Zone, which helps drive the development of southern China's Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region.
Beihai Port is located on the coast of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, northeast of Beibu Gulf, and facing Southeast Asia.
