CHANGSHA - Hunan will work closely with US companies in the fields of high-tech commodities, scientific cooperation and services in an effort to achieve more economic goals, a top provincial official said.
The provincial government developed its policy of "Developing a cultural economy and building a cultural province" in 1989.
The power of culture in China, as well as its influence, are stronger than ever, and no place is in a better position to demonstrate this than the province of Hunan.
