The act does not include proposals by Poland's general prosecutor Andrzej Seremet, who recently suggested penalties for face-veiling and life-long stadium bans.

In response to requests by Euro organizer UEFA, the act also allows beer consumption at the Euro games. The alcohol greenlight will be an exception for the Euro event, which is partly sponsored by a beer producer. Polish laws forbid all alcohol at sporting events.
