Namsto Lake, known as "Heavenly Lake" in Tibetan language, is one of the three holy lakes in Tibet autonomous region where one should not miss when traveling Tibet.
As the second largest salt water lake in China and the highest lake in the world, Namtso Lake, 70 kilometers long and 30 kilometers wide, is located between Tibet's Damxung county and Palgon county, 240 kilometers away from Lhasa, at an elevation of 4,718 meters.
