Man pays loan in piles of change
Employees of a bank in Cangnan County, China's Zhejiang province, spent the night in Christmas jingles. It wasn't the bell that was making the jingles, but piles of coins and small notes worth 400,000 yuan ($64,362).
The money was brought by a man, surnamed Gao, in several bags to pay off his loan on Dec 24. Gao decided to show his dissatisfaction in this manner after the bank refused to postpone his loan repayment date.
The 16 employees of the bank didn't finish counting the money until 10 pm.
