Medical student swims to conduct surgery
A typhoon has just passed over Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, but the rainy season has not come to an end. However, the heavy rain did not prove an obstacle for a medical student in Zhejiang University.
On July 22, the medical student crossed a culvert under extreme weather conditions in Hangzhou. At that time, he was in a hurry to attend a surgery in the hospital, pushing a bike through a 2-meter high culvert half full of water. Fortunately, he successfully swam through the culvert and rode his bike to the hospital, astounding passersby with his tenacity.
"Don't worry for this kid. He has safely swum to the hospital," said a friend. "Zhang was in a rush to the hospital to attend a surgery!" added another friend "the patient can't wait!"
