Keeping an eye on the finger
China has promoted the traditional eye exercise of pressing one's acupuncture points among primary schools and middle schools. Now a primary school in Hangzhou, Qiyuan primary school, has started promoting a new exercise for students - eye-rolling, reported Qianjiang Evening News on Friday.
Students move their finger in different directions and roll their eyes as they follow the finger.
The school said the traditional exercise is hard for students as it's difficult to find the right spot to relax the eye while the new one is way much easier.
