A Land Rover with a price tag of about one million yuan ($161,100) fell into a river after the driver avoided hitting a stray cat on a road in Qingpu district, Huai'an of East China's Jiangsu province, on June 17, 2015, JSTV.com reported.
The driver got out of the SUV before water submerged the vehicle.
Though he regretted the damage caused to the vehicle, he said he felt fortunate that he and the cat were alive.
