A man was fined 200 yuan ($32) for steering a car with one hand while embracing a woman with another on Shanghai to Chengdu expressway at Central China's Hubei section on June 19, Chutian Metropolis Daily reported on Sunday.

The traffic police called the behavior risky. An investigation is underway.
