Poverty-stricken villagers get fresh start in new home

Villager Luo Man stands in front of his old and new homes. Luo, 50, has lived with his family of five in a 70-meter-square home. With the government subsidy, his family was able to move into a new home of 90 square meters before Spring Festival which fell on Jan 28 this year.
