Going green is the year's theme, with more e-books available than ever before.

Asia Society will present a screening of director Han Guang's documentary Outside the Great Wall, sponsored by Bank of America Merrill Lynch and supported by Asia Art Archive. Twelve interviews with people including Nobel Prize-winning writer Gao Xingjian, novelist Zheng Yi, poet Huang Xiang and journalist Hu Ping together make up a collective voice that explores the desire for expression, the loneliness of exile and the courage to question authority.
6:30 pm, July 19. Asia Society Hong Kong Center, 9 Justice Drive, Admiralty. 852-2103-9566
