New Year dinner at The Opposite House
Towel come the Year of the Sheep, The Opposite House will offer a set dinner menu at its Chinese restaurant, Jing Yaa Tang, from Feb 18 to March 5. Priced at 248 yuan ($40) per person with a minimum of four people dining, this memorable set dinner will include Jing Yaa Tang's signature Beijing roast duck. Chef LiDong and his team have prepared a feast of 12 dishes, starting with appetizers such as sliced shin beef with homemade vinegar and chili dip, dordycep mushrooms and celery, hearty hot and sour fish roe soup. Main dishes include steamed cod with mushrooms and pickled vegetables, stir-fried shrimp with mixed nuts and mustard, wok-fried boneless chicken dice with Chongqing chilies and many more. Price is subject to 15-percent service charge.
