Kick-start a leisurely weekend with a lavish sea-food and dim sum brunch with family and friends at the restaurant Yu. Chinese executive chef Ku Chi Fai presents a selection of exquisite Cantonese dimsum, such as steamed shrimp dumplings, BBQpork buns and egg-yolk buns. Complement your culinary journey with a steamed Boston lobster cooked with garlic, stir-fried live crab and rice cake. Every Saturday&Sunday, 11:30 am-2:00 pm; 388 yuan per person, including jasmine tea, soft drinks and juices; 488 yuan per person, including free-flow red and white wines, sparkling wine and beer; if three people dine, a fourth can eat free.
