The preparations for launching the communication satellite have been completed, the KCNA cited the Korean Committee of Space Technology as saying.

The DPRK has declared it will launch a communication satellite sometime between April 4 and April 8. But the United States, Japan and South Korea accused it of being a cover for a test-launch of along-rang missile that could hit US territory.
