4 new ancient temples discovered in Egypt

 An undated handout picture released on April 21, 2009 by the Egyptian Supreme Council of Antiquities shows Pharaonic King Tuthmosis II (L) in front of the god Raa Hoor Akhti carved on a wall at one of four recently unearthed new temples in El-Qantara, around 160 km (99 miles) northeast of Cairo. Archaeologists have unearthed four pharaonic temples in the Sinai peninsula, including one of mud brick with fortified walls that served as an important religious centre at the eastern gateway to ancient Egypt.
