BERLIN -- Germany have found three suspected cases of swine flu, local health authorities confirmed on Monday.

Two men from the western German city of Bielefeld, both just returning from Mexico, have shown swine flu symptoms and have been in quarantine in a local hospital, said Peter Schmid, deputy director of the Bielefeld Health Bureau. A nurse who has taken care of one of them may have also been infected.
