South Korea says American has A(H1N1) flu

SEOUL - Authorities in South Korea say tests confirm an American citizen in the country has A(H1N1) flu.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in South Korea said Saturday that the woman, 23, was quarantined in a hospital. It provided no other details.

The case marks South Korea's fifth confirmed case of A(H1N1) flu.

Three South Koreans and a Vietnamese have also been confirmed. The South Koreans have recovered and the Vietnamese was to be released from a hospital in a few days, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said.
