She beat out 20 other finalists from around the country on Tuesday and takes home $50,000 for her speedy and accurate texting.

Over two days, Moore outperformed other contestants at challenges such as texting blindfolded and texting while manoeuvring through a moving obstacle course.

In the final showdown, she beat 14-year-old Savannah, Georgia, resident Morgan Dynda. Both girls had to text three lengthy phrases without making any mistakes on abbreviations, capitalisation or punctuation.

Every one of the contestants got a question wrong. None of them knew that PAW is text-speak for 'parents are watching.'
