WIC concludes amid calls for cyberspace governance

The second World Internet Conference came to a close on Friday as participants called for coordinated governance of cyberspace to ensure the healthy growth of the industry.

More than 2,000 state leaders, government officials, industry leaders and experts participated in the three-day event.

President Xi Jinping called for all countries to join hands to build a community of common destiny, properly manage cyberspace and combat online crimes and terrorism.
