Upgrading strategic partnerships a boost for diplomatic ties

President Xi proposed revitalizing the new type of Asian-African partnership and put forward a three-point proposal to build an Asian-African shared community of common destiny for all mankind, including boosting Asia-Africa cooperation, expanding South-South cooperation and promoting South-North cooperation.
