World's deepest swimming pool to open
Poland is set to open the world's deepest swimming pool called Deepspot later this year.
At 45 meters deep, the Deepspot diving pool will be the ideal place for beginner and professional divers alike to practice their skills. It will be filled with 8,000 cubic meters of water.
Based in Msxczonow, a town 40 kilometers southwest of Poland's capital Warsaw, the pool is still under construction and will be built using an estimated 1,100 tons of steel.
Deepspot is set to open this autumn.
