Wang said AI technology should be developed and regulated at the same time. He said with the development of AI synthesis technology, some people use the technology to defraud and infringe user rights in portraits and right of reputation.

Therefore, it is pressing to research and formulate AI-related laws, regulations and ethics of conduct to regulate such misconduct, Wang said.
