Ding Lei, CPPCC National Committee member, founder and CEO of NetEase, proposed including children's programming into the academic test system as quality evaluation content during this year's two sessions.

He proposed innovating teaching methods to form a children's programming course system with Chinese characteristics and strengthening the training of teachers for children's programming.

Apart from digital education, Ding's proposals focusing on the high-quality development of digital China are also related to digital culture, digital music and the digital COVID-19 fight.
