NEW YORK -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 7.0 jolted 126 km SSE of Kyzyl-Suu, Kyrgyzstan at 18:09:06 GMT on Monday, the US Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 27.4 km, was initially determined to be at 41.29 degrees north latitude and 78.59 degrees east longitude.
