Harbin doctor saves life on National Day in Mauritania

"The children here fall ill quite easily, especially when the season changes," he said. "Even when they look strong."
The Chinese doctors are warmly welcomed by the local residents.
Almost everyone there can say "hello, Chinese doctor" in Chinese.
"They really trust Chinese doctors after receiving decades of medical assistance," said Wang. "Therefore, when we got the news that the old woman was seriously injured, we went to the hospital even though there was celebratory meal to mark the National Day."
Fortunately, she was revived by the doctors' full efforts.
"Saving a life was the best way to celebrate National Day," he said.
