Should there be tougher laws against child abuse?

Definitely, we need to have much tougher laws against these kinds of crimes, or any crimes that may not have serious bodily wounds but can cause rather serious psychological harm/trauma to the victims, including child abuse in kindergartens, insulting someone in public and campus bullying, which is much more common than child abuse in kindergartens and causes deeper harm in many cases.
