American city buried under record snowfall

A man shovels snow off car in Erie, Pennsylvania, United States, on Dec 27, 2017. Snowfall in Erie hit a record high the night of Dec 25 with over 53 inches or 1.3 meters, topping the city's 44-inch record in 1958.
