Sleep disorder situation getting worse in China

Sleep disorder symptoms

Besides insomnia, there are some other symptoms that ought to be paid attention to, such as drowsiness and snoring, said Guo.

The standard to determine whether a person is suffering from drowsiness is whether he or she falls asleep during the daytime, even though the person had enough sleep at night, or whether some people sleep more than 10 hours per day.

What's more, experts reminded that people should get a professional sleep exam if they have been snoring or suffering from apnea.
