Sullair hopes to lead market

Sullair Corporation, a Hitachi Group company, aims to becoming the leader of the screw air compressor market in China over the next five years through business integration and improved sales and marketing networks.

"We will enhance our efforts in our inputs in R&D to launch more products catering to the Chinese market," said Xie Weidong, president of Sullair Asia.

Headquartered in Michigan, Indiana, Sullair is focused on research, development and manufacturing of screw air compressors. In July, 2017, it became a member of the Hitachi Group. Sullair Asia has production bases in Suzhou and Shenzhen, employing 140 and 170 people respectively.

Sullair's main products include stationary screw compressors, portable screw compressors, screw vacuum pumps, air dryers, precision filters and vacuum pumps. All are widely adopted in the manufacturing, textile, construction, mining, energy, electronics and food industries.
