5.7-magnitude quake hits Central East Pacific Rise -- USGS

NEW YORK - An earthquake measuring 5.7 on the Richter scale jolted Central East Pacific Rise at 18:43:42 GMT on Sunday, the US Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 9.0317 degrees south latitude and 108.54 degrees west longitude.
