Blast near FSB security service office in northern Russia kills one - TASS

MOSCOW - An explosion near an office of Russia's Federal Security Service in northern Russia killed one and injured three people on Wednesday, Russian state news agency TASS reported, citing the local governor.

The cause of the blast in the city of Arkhangelsk was not yet known, TASS said.
