It's so disgusting; the things the hotels do behind our back are unforgivable! Their licenses should be revoked! But the blame lies squarely on the supervising authorities for their failure to check on the hotels. Their tolerant attitude leads hotels to cut corners and engage in malpractices! This is the tip of the iceberg, many cases go unreported. If 5-Star hotels engage in such despicable behavior, the rest are most likely doing the same! Travelers beware!
