Tusk says will recommend approval of outcome of Brexit negotiations

BRUSSELS -- Donald Tusk, president of the European Council, says on Saturday that he will recommend the approval of the outcome of the Brexit negotiations on Sunday.
Tusk said this in his twitter account, adding "No one has reasons to be happy. But at least at this critical time, the EU27 has passed the test of unity and solidarity."
