Hong Kong Arts Festival
What The Hong Kong Arts Festival returns for its 47th rendition, bringing together top local and global artists across all genres of the performing arts for its month-long programme. Known for its critically acclaimed theatre and stage performances, breathtaking dance pieces and resounding musical showcases, this year's festival features a stunning line-up. Among the highlights are renowned Russian classical pianist Denis Matsuev and a performance of multi-award-winning screenwriter Loong Man-hong's powerful drama Gangsters of Hong Kong. The Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra will also be joined by the eminent Turkish conductor Kudsi Erguner, joined by Chinese pipe and yue (bone flute) virtuoso Liu Zhengguo and internationally acclaimed sheng player Wu Wei.
