Chinese and Belgian singers in perfect harmony

The climax of the concert came when Chinese and European vocal artists sang I Love You, China.

Laura Petit, a singer from the Conservatory Royal de Liege, was excited about the experience.

"This is the first time to learn a Chinese song and I am so surprised that I didn't know before that Chinese music is so harmonious and melodic," she said. "I want to know more!"

The Chinese tenor Zhao Yunhong, a professor from the China Conservatory of Music, praised the European artists.

"I am impressed by the earnest attitude of the musicians during the rehearsals," Zhao said. "It's my first time to perform in the heart of Europe and we want to bring the Chinese art out to the world stage."
