Finance ministry to issue yuan treasury bonds in HK

BEIJING - The Ministry of Finance (MOF) announced Monday that it would issue yuan-denominated treasury bonds worth five billion yuan ($722.2 million) in Hong Kong on Thursday.

The ministry plans to issue yuan-denominated treasury bonds worth 15 billion yuan in overseas markets this year, the MOF said on its website.
