French expert committee set up to promote more BRI exchanges

The French Overseas Expert Committee under the Belt and Road International Talent Fund was established in Paris on Thursday. It's dedicated to promote the development and exchange of science, education and culture among the countries involved in the Belt and Road Initiative, to help improve the quality of multilateral cooperation projects between China and France and to establish an expert team covering all fields.
The French Overseas Expert Committee is composed of experts and elites from famous transnational corporations, governments, international organizations, famous universities and the retirement association in France, and aims to help governments and enterprises with the introduction of more projects, assessment, talent management and other components of the Belt and Road.
The expert committee is sponsored by the Belt and Road International Talent Fund, the Union of Western and Eastern Education (UWEE) and the Echanges et Consultations Techniques Internationaux Professionals Seniors.
Jia Fangzhou, director of French Workstation of the French expert committee, said this year marks the 55th anniversary of diplomatic relations between France and China. The committee's establishment will serve as a new platform for exchanges between France and China.
