Shanghai prepares for musical instruments trade show

Music China 2019, a musical instruments trade show, will be held from October 10 to 13 in Shanghai.
The event, now in its 18th year, initiated and supported by the China Musical Instrument Association, will bring together more than 2,300 exhibitors from over 30 countries and regions, who will display their products at the 145,000-square-meter exhibition space of the Shanghai International Expo Centre.
Among the items to be showcased at the event are Western musical instruments, traditional Chinese musical instruments and modern electronic music devices. More than 170,000 visitors are expected to attend the event, and it will feature more than 70 forums, over 100 speeches and 600 indoor and outdoor performances.
A jazz competition and an EDM competition will also be held.
