Exoskeletons used to be technology you found in science fiction. But in a lab in Grenoble, France, it could become a reality in the medical field.
A quadriplegic man was able to walk through the use of brain sensors and an exoskeleton. The brain sensors implanted in his head translates the man's brain signals into movement that is performed by an exoskeleton.
Currently, the exoskeleton is an experimental prototype and won't be used for clinical application yet.
