Cultural Heritage Exhibition opens in Beijing

On Thursday, the 2019 BMW China Culture Journey Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition opened in Beijing.
Hosted by BMW Brilliance Automotive and Tsinghua BMW Innovation Center for ICH safeguarding, the exhibition highlights the results of the innovation center's work in protecting and promoting intangible cultural heritage in China since it was established in 2016.
The exhibition lasts for three days, from Thursday to Saturday, showing nearly 250 cultural and creative products designed with intangible cultural heritage elements.
The exhibition also displays a car with cultural details designed by BMW and a group from Academy of Arts & Design, Tsinghua University, over the course of a year.
According to Dr. Johann Wieland, CEO of BMW Brilliance Automotive, "We are very proud to see how the innovation center works to help intangible cultural heritage inheritors and protect intangible cultural heritage."
