What happens when you turn Sichuan cuisine into a six-course-meal?

On Wednesday, China's Ambassador Liu Xiaoming hosted the annual Chinese New Year's eve dinner, entitled "A Bite of China", at London's Mandarin Oriental Hotel.

Eastern chefs from Chengdu and Western chefs from the hotel cooked up a meal of fusion cuisine, offering tastes of hope, home and harmony.
