Myanmar appoints deputy ministers for 2 ministries

YANGON - Myanmar government has appointed deputy ministers for two ministries in accordance with the constitution, according to an order of the President's Office late Tuesday.

U Min Lwin was named as deputy minister of the State Counsellor Office and Dr. Myint Kyaing as deputy minister of Labour, Immigration and Population.

The President's Office also issued an order of reassigning Union Minister for Home Affairs Lt.Gen Kyaw Swe to perform his original military duty.

There are a total of 24 ministries with 22 ministers and 25 deputy ministers at present in Myanmar.
