German CDU party head announces not to run as German Chancellor - report

BERLIN -- Chief of Germany's ruling party Christian Democratic Union (CDU) Annegret Kramp-Karrenbauer announced not to run as German chancellor and will give up the party chair, German media Focus reported on Monday.
