Spain allows some companies to reopen

In Austria, shops of up to 400 square meters reopened on Tuesday, while face masks are still mandatory in public space. Employees across Spain were allowed back to their workplaces on Monday. Face masks were distributed to commuters on public transport. France's President Emmanuel Macron said on Monday that lockdown measures will be extended to May 11.
