UK sends military plane to chase delayed PPE in Turkey

The UK government has sent an air force plane to Turkey in hope of retrieving a delayed PPE shipment.

An RAF transport plane landed in Istanbul on Tuesday, with British authorities desperate to collect the 84 tons of PPE marked for NHS staff.

The protective equipment was originally due to arrive on Sunday.
